LeRoux will share results from a multi-year study focused on how Point of Sale data can help you increase profits. He'll cover the findings from statistical analysis and their implications for farms selling meat at markets looking for ways to increase daily sales.
Recording: Value Added Producer Grant Workshop

ChopLocal and Stewards Unlimited will be hosting a free workshop on Tuesday, January 16th to help livestock farmers and small processors prepare for the USDA Value Added Producer Grant.
The workshop will briefly review the grant requirements before moving into examples of project budgets, record requirements and cash matches. The workshop will focus heavily on a Q&A session to ensure that your business is prepared for the grant writing process.
